According to National Credit Union Administration, White Sands Federal Credit Union originated just over $15 million in mortgage loans in 2009.
They are exempt from licensing because they are like a bank.

The White Sands FCU Website gives you a little information about what they do as far as mortgages. There is a link for an application you can fill out and print but it is the actual 1003 loan app. Most consumers will find that pretty intimidating to fill out on their own Im guessing.
