Frandsen Bank Trust has locations in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. In addition to banking and investment services, they also provide mortgage loans.
According to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation data, Frandsen Bank Trust originated just over $65 million in mortgage loans in 2009.
They are exempt from licensing just like all banks are.

The Frandsen Bank Trust website is clean and modern. They have loan inquiry button you can submit for a loan officer to call you back but no online application. They also say they service a majority of their loans.
