The Centric Federal Credit Union website is a little hard to understand when they are explaining the different types of mortgages they originate. They have them broke out as 1 or 30 fixed rate and 1 or 15 fixed rate. Im not sure what that means. They also say the 1 or 30 loan can be financed up to 102% of the appraised value but that would not apply to all the loans they list under that program. So, a little confusing.
